When it came time to give myself and my portfolio an identity, I wanted to create something a little different to what everyone around me seemed to be doing, e.g. 'Daniel Beaumont Design' or other similar variations. I wanted to create something with a brand feel which was also memorable. I have always collected well-designed print (Posters, Leaflets, Business Cards, Etc.) since before I can remember, so much so I could be described as a hoarder. I took this idea and changed hoarder to hoarda to create something new to give me and my portfolio some individuality. Since then hoarda has stuck.
